Contract & Permits
A fixed-scope contract, then we handle the City: zoning review, permit drawings, and submission. You sign; we deal with the paperwork and the examiners.
Construction
One dedicated project manager, a vetted crew, and scheduled updates. The site is kept clean, the neighbours are kept happy, and the schedule is kept honest.
Completion & Warranty
A detailed walkthrough, a deficiency list driven to zero, and your Tarion warranty coverage confirmed in writing. Then we hand over the keys.
